SYSMIC provides web hosting to numerous clients which means that we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. But we have limitations.
Limitation of Liability
SYSMIC shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from SYSMIC’s servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Further, SYSMIC shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of SYSMIC’s servers OR for any unknown reasons. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
SYSMIC shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of the acceptable use policies. SYSMIC reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any SYSMIC customer’s web sites. SYSMIC reserves the right to delete all content and files upon termination. SYSMIC reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid funds for any site removed for violations of these policies. SYSMIC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
The Solutions might be directly or indirectly used by parent company.
The images / logos displayed on the site are taken from respective websites.
Identification Purpose: The logos of different clients of our OEM Partners, displayed on our website are solely for the purpose of identifying clients who use respective OEM services.
Non-Endorsement: The display of different clients of our OEM Partners logos does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by any vendor/OEM. It merely signifies that these organizations are clients or users of respective Partner services.
Limited License: By using the different clients of our OEM Partners logos, we acknowledge that they remain the intellectual property of respective client.
No Modification: We will not alter, modify, or distort the logos in any way. They will be displayed in their original form as displayed on their website.
SYSMIC reserves the right to change these Policies without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these Policies does not constitute consent. Clients should review these Policies every two weeks for changes and additions. Violations of these Policies should be referred to support@sysmic.co.in. All complaints will be investigated promptly.
